Subjects cost $34 USD each per month. There are no discounts for taking multiple subjects.

We have several payment options available. If you are paying via credit card you can make your payments online and start once we have confirmed your payment. If you do not have a credit card you can also pay at any Western Union. An additional option is provided for those customers located in Trinidad & Tobago, allowing them to pay at any Republic Bank branch and in Jamaica at any JNBS branch.

We utilize web-conferencing to connect teachers and students into a common meeting place held online at specified times. Simply login to CaribbeanTutors.com and follow the instruction we would have given you. In just a few short clicks you can be in class.

Of course, anyone can take our classes. Unlike other schools we will work with you to find a schedule that suits your needs.

Like most schools we have a one-time Registration Fee. This fee is used to cover the costs of registration documentation and administration. It is  $25USD or $150TTD. This is to be paid in order to begin any classes with us along with the payment for your courses.

For the most part there is a mix as the teachers prepare all class work and each has their preference as to which types they prefer to use. Class notes and other materials can be downloaded through the program, or the teacher can email it to you. Assignments, projects, tests, quizzes can all be done in like manner depending on the teachers' requirements as well as our own.

No, we believe that students learn best in a group environment whereby each can learn from the others contributions, ideas and work. Our classes are limited to 15 students to ensure that each student gets the attention they need. Students can also email their teacher if the need arises.

Teachers are required to have a webcam as it is important for our students to see them, however students do not need to have a webcam but rather a head-set is manditory for both parties. We would recommend that you do have access to a webcam as some classes may require you to make a presentation or for oral examinations.

Absolutely! This would allow both you and your teachers to interact live during our sessions. Make sure that you have a very good quality headset as cheaper ones are often more trouble than they are worth.

No. These internet connections are simply not fast enough to handle the amount of data that is being transfered. Also, they may be quite costly for those on a Data Sim. 

All classes are held virtually online. There is no need to go to physical classroom or anywhere else for that matter. Just make sure that at whatever location you are participating in our classes that you remember this check list:

- Is it quiet and comfortable

- Are there any distractions that can interupt the class.

- Am I using an up-to-date computer with a stable High Speed Inernet Connection.

CaribbeanTutors.com offer secondary school level tuition, and as such does not fall under the umbrella of the Accreditation council. However we have been evaluated  by Microsoft who has found that we are able to teach thier demanding courses using this method. We are also in the process of becming a registered Training Center through the NTA of Trinidad & Tobago.

You may practice your exam taking online as directed by the teacher. You cannot take your CXC exams online with us. You must take the CXC Exam at one of their certified locations.

You will have to register with the Ministry of Education in your country so they can assign you to a physical school to write the exam.

The teacher will indicate what books you would need for each course. Some teachers prefer to use certain books due to the fact that some of the newer versions have left out key information. The teacher will advise you which is best.

Our program will work on any computer as long as it is up to date. You should have a good internet browser that is has its flash player up to date as well as a high speed internet connection, a headset and/or webcam.
